The South Korean court recognized KakaoTalk messages that BTS V sent as valid evidence for ongoing legal proceedings between HYBE and former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin according to Sports Kyunghyangs exclusive report. The report stated that the messages were submitted during proceedings addressing claims and counterclaims which involved management disputes and corporate governance issues and creative direction disagreements between the parties. The KakaoTalk conversation allegedly included comments from V which he made about the ongoing plagiarism discussion that exists in the entertainment industry after he reviewed specific content.

The evidence became part of the proceedings which examined how NEWJEANS and ILLIT compare to each other in the public dispute process. Legal experts explain that courts use evidence admission as a procedural process to assess reliability and evidential value which they will use to make their final decision.

Neither HYBE nor Min Hee-jin has shared specific information about the reported messages with the public. The two parties have taken opposite stances on the matter of plagiarism allegations and corporate interference claims which serve as key components of their ongoing legal battle.

Industry observers note that the case has become one of the most closely watched disputes in K-pop because it raises questions about label independence and intellectual property requirements and how multi-label entertainment companies operate their businesses.

The analysts predict that hearings will lead to the collection of more documents and witness statements which will take place before the judges reach their verdict. Artist management practices and creative oversight processes in the industry will experience changes based on the final decision.

The Court has not only refused to slope as to a ruling date, it is still in its process.
