K-pop group EVNNE has marked the end of its original seven-member lineup with the release of a heartfelt “Remember Us” photo, shared with fans this week as members Yoo Seungeon and Ji Yunseo prepare to leave the group to join YH Entertainment.
Formed in May 2023 from contestants of the hit survival show Boys Planet, EVNNE quickly built a dedicated global fanbase with their synchronized performances and distinctive musical style. The transition follows the announcement of the two members’ departure, which was confirmed ahead of their final activities as a seven-piece act: a fanmeeting held in Seoul on January 3-4, 2026. The event was an emotional affair, described by attendees as a tearful goodbye to the era fans had come to love.
Alongside the group’s official photo post, Ji Yunseo shared a personal handwritten thank-you letter addressed to supporters, expressing gratitude for their love and support throughout the group’s journey. Fans, known by their official fandom name, have responded with an outpouring of emotion across social media platforms, sharing memories of the group’s milestones and posting messages such as “EVNNE will always be 7 in our hearts”.
The remaining five members will continue their activities under Jellyfish Entertainment, the agency that has managed the group since its debut. While the news has brought heartache to many followers, there is also quiet optimism as fans vow to support both the departing members in their new endeavors and the group as it enters its next chapter.
