BTS has released a heartfelt message thanking their dedicated fandom, #BTSARMY, for ongoing support as voting heats up for the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards. The group’s official social media post reading “iHeartAwards! Thank you #BTSARMY for your continued love and support” includes a direct link to iHeartRadio.com/Awards, where fans can cast votes across multiple categories through March 19.

This year’s awards, set to air live on FOX from Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre on March 26, feature several fan-voted categories relevant to the group. While full nominations for BTS as a collective are still under wraps, individual members have already made their mark: J-Hope is nominated in Favorite TikTok Dance for both his solo track “Mona Lisa” and collaborative release “Spaghetti” with LE SSERAFIM, as confirmed in the official nominee list published January 7. Additionally, industry insiders suggest the group may be in contention for Best K-Pop Artist and Best Fan Army – a category ARMY has dominated multiple times, including in 2023 and 2024.

The timing of the message aligns with BTS’ highly anticipated 2026 comeback plans. All seven members have completed their military service, and the group is gearing up to drop a new album this spring, followed by a record-breaking 65-date world tour with over 30 shows in North America alone. Sources close to the group indicate that iHeartRadio Awards-related content could tie into promotional activities for the tour, with potential exclusive previews planned for the live broadcast.
“ARMY’s passion has always been the driving force behind our journey,” said RM in a recent behind-the-scenes interview shared with select media outlets. “Every vote, every message – it all fuels us as we prepare to bring new music to the world.”
iHeartMedia executives John Sykes and Tom Poleman emphasized the awards’ focus on fan engagement, noting in a statement that the show “celebrates the biggest songs and artists they’ve loved listening to all year long, while giving a sneak peek at what’s next for 2026”. Voting is open daily, with fans able to submit up to 50 votes per category via the iHeartRadio website or social media hashtags.
