TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) has officially kicked off the Hong Kong leg of their ACT: TOMORROW world tour, treating thousands of screaming fans to a high-octane opening night at AsiaWorld-Expo on Friday (January 09, 2026). The group comprising Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai will play three consecutive sold-out shows through January 11, marking their first return to the city since 2024’s ACT: SWEET MIRAGE tour.

Taking the stage against a sprawling futuristic ‘MORROW’ backdrop featuring neon grids and floating geometric structures, TXT opened with their chart-topping track ‘Sugar Rush Ride’ before launching into a dynamic 23-song setlist. The members leaned into bold Y2K streetwear styling for the show, with custom baggy denim ensembles, oversized graphic hoodies, and metallic accents that paid homage to early 2000s pop culture while feeling distinctly modern. Standout moments included flawless live vocals on heartfelt ballad ‘Talk to You’ which prompted waves of phone flashlights across the arena and playful banter segments where Beomgyu taught the crowd a local Cantonese phrase, earning roaring applause.
The Hong Kong stop comes on the heels of a grueling but successful run that took TXT from their Seoul kickoff in October 2025 to 22 cities across North America, including sold-out shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles’ BMO Stadium.
In a post-show press conference, leader Soobin revealed exciting milestone plans: “2026 marks our 7th anniversary, and we’re preparing a special fan convention in Seoul on February 29 – it’ll be a chance to look back at everything we’ve built with MOA and share new surprises we’ve been working on for months.” Industry observers note that TXT’s strategic balance of world touring and intimate fan engagements has cemented their status as one of K-pop’s most consistent global acts, with streaming numbers for their 2025 album The Name Chapter: Eternity surpassing 2 billion plays worldwide.
