The ceremony celebrated the most impactful musical achievements of the past year, and Jennie emerged as the night’s undeniable star.
Jennie took home an impressive four major honors, making history as the first solo artist in the ceremony’s four-decade history to clinch the highly prestigious Artist of the Year Daesang (Grand Prize). This achievement underscores her significant influence and success as both a group member and an independent artist.

Her wins were a balanced acknowledgment of her diverse career. Beyond the top Artist of the Year award, she secured a Best Digital Song Bonsang for her powerful and popular solo track, “like JENNIE,” a fan favorite that resonated globally. She also shared a second Digital Song Bonsang with her group, BLACKPINK, for their hit single “Jump,” emphasizing the group’s continued success. Furthermore, she received the Global Impact Award with PRIZM, an honor specifically designed to recognize K-pop artists who significantly contribute to the promotion and spread of Korean culture worldwide.

The atmosphere during her acceptance speeches was electric. The artist, who recently celebrated her 10th anniversary since debut, expressed profound gratitude and humility.
“Thank you for such a meaningful award,” Jennie said to the adoring crowd. “I feel incredibly grateful that the time I’ve spent running nonstop has brought me closer to my dreams.”
The excitement peaked during her much-anticipated stage performance.
Jennie delivered a high-energy medley featuring dynamic renditions of “Filter,” “Damn Right,” and a remixed version of “like JENNIE.” The performance was met with overwhelming praise from both Korean media outlets and her industry peers, with fellow artists like LE SSERAFIM and Stray Kids visibly enjoying the show from the audience. Backstage, in a lighthearted moment shared online, she reportedly joked about her face being “messy from joy,” while groupmate Rosé cheered her on via Instagram.
