NEXZ fans planning to attend today’s special fan signing event in Japan will see one familiar face missing from the stage.
JYP Entertainment announced on May 17 KST that member Yu will sit out the “Mmchk Special Japan Fan Sign Event” due to unexpected difficulties with entry procedures. The agency described the issue as an “administrative” one that arose at short notice, preventing Yu from joining the group in Japan.
In an official statement, JYP expressed regret: “We regret to inform you that Yu will be unable to attend the NEXZ – Mmchk Special Japan Fan Sign Event scheduled to take place in Japan on Sunday, May 17. Due to an unexpected administrative issue, Yu encountered difficulties with entry procedures… Accordingly, the upcoming event will proceed with the remaining six members excluding Yu.”
