Rising K-pop boy group IDID has ignited excitement among fans with the release of striking individual teaser images and videos for their new single album FLY!, set to drop on May 27.
The seven-member group under Starship Entertainment comprising Jang Yong-hoon, Kim Min-jae, Park Won-bin, Choo Yu-chan, Park Sung-hyun, Baek Jun-hyuk, and Jung Se-min showcased a vibrant mix of youthful charm, raw energy, and cinematic aesthetics that perfectly embody the spirit of carefree adolescence.
In the teasers shared via the group’s official social media on May 24, each member brings a distinct flavor. Jang Yong-hoon exudes mature boyish appeal while relaxing in a bathtub with a deep, introspective gaze. Kim Min-jae embraces the rain, drenched yet radiating freedom, with a rainbow adding a dreamy, coming-of-age movie vibe. Park Won-bin leans against a wire fence as pastel ribbons flutter around him, creating an ethereal atmosphere, while Choo Yu-chan strikes dynamic poses with infectious energy.
Park Sung-hyun transforms into a hip-hop powerhouse with intense, high-octane choreography, contrasting sharply with Baek Jun-hyuk’s cozy, natural cafe setting that highlights his approachable charm. Jung Se-min closes out the series with a bold, unrestrained shout that captures pure, unfiltered youth.
These visuals cleverly incorporate airport announcement sound effects at the end of each teaser, hinting at themes of departure, freedom, and new beginnings that tie into the album’s title.
IDID, who debuted last year through Starship’s ambitious “Debut’s Plan” project, has quickly made waves by sweeping various year-end awards and recently winning the Hot Trend Award at the 3rd Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2026. This marks their first comeback in about six months since releasing PUSH BACK last November. The new single album features the title track FLY! alongside Attent!on, which was pre-released during a fan concert in April.
