Fresh off their formation through SBS’s popular Universe League survival program, the multinational boy group AHOF made a powerful statement on Saturday night, kicking off their inaugural Asia tour at the iconic Bluesquare Mastercard Hall in Seoul.
The highly anticipated opening concert on May 30 delivered everything fans had been waiting for high-octane choreography, emotional vocals, and a glimpse into the group’s upcoming musical direction. In front of a packed venue buzzing with lightsticks and cheers, AHOF previewed two unreleased tracks, “Sugar High” and “Our Song,” both expected to feature prominently in their June comeback. The previews left audiences eager for the full studio versions.

The setlist cleverly blended fresh material with nostalgic covers that highlighted the group’s versatility. Their renditions of BTS’s “I Need U” and IVE’s “Bang Bang” were particularly well-received, demonstrating both the group’s sharp dance precision and impressive vocal range.
Standout moments quickly became social media favorites. Member Shuaibo’s explosive “boompala” intro sequence brought raw energy to the stage, while JL’s heartfelt Tagalog messages created touching connections with the international fanbase, drawing warm applause and emotional responses throughout the hall.
“Seeing them perform live for the first time since the survival show felt surreal,” said one fan who traveled from Japan. “The chemistry is undeniable.”
Fancams circulating rapidly online captured the group’s crisp formations and soaring live vocals, with many praising the polished production and the members’ evident growth since their debut.
The Seoul leg continues with a second show on May 31. From there, AHOF will head to Osaka and Tokyo, marking significant milestones as they expand their footprint across Asia. Industry observers note that the tour represents not just a promotional push for their upcoming release, but also a declaration of AHOF’s ambition to establish themselves as a major force in the global K-pop scene.
With their multinational lineup and strong live capabilities, early reactions suggest AHOF is poised for a breakout year. Fans can expect more surprises as the tour progresses.
