Petition Supporting Heeseung’s Dual Career Surpasses 1.7 Million of Verified Signatures
More than 1.7 million people have signed a global petition on Change.org backing Heeseung from ENHYPEN. Fans everywhere are rallying together after news broke about changes in Heeseung’s career path.
The petition, called “Allow Heeseung to Pursue Solo Activities Without Leaving ENHYPEN,” urges the group’s management to let him work on solo projects without quitting the group. Supporters point out that plenty of K-pop stars juggle both solo work and group activities and it works.
Things really took off after BELIFT LAB said Heeseung would step away from ENHYPEN to go solo, while the rest of the group would continue as six. That announcement set off a storm of conversation among fans. A lot of them hope there’s still a way for Heeseung to do both: chase his own music and stick with ENHYPEN.
ENGENEs that’s what ENHYPEN fans call themselveshave been all over social media, pushing the petition and getting hashtags like #ENHYPEN_IS_SEVEN trending. They’ve taken things offline, too. Digital billboards, protest trucks outside HYBE headquarters in Seoul supporters are making their voices heard any way they can.
The petition isn’t legally binding, but the sheer number of signatures shows just how invested ENHYPEN’s global fanbase is. People want to see the group stay together.
Right now, BELIFT LAB hasn’t responded or given any updates about changing Heeseung’s plans. Fans are still watching, still hoping and still supporting both Heeseung’s dreams and ENHYPEN’s future.
