Global supergroup BTS has once again rewritten music history, wrapping the North American leg of their ARIRANG world tour with a massive 840,000 attendees across 15 sold-out stadium shows in the US and Mexico, their agency Big Hit Music confirmed today.
From late April through May, the septum performed in Tampa, El Paso, Stanford, Las Vegas, and Mexico City. Demand was so high that extra dates were added in Tampa, Stanford, and Las Vegas all selling out within minutes, proving their unmatched ticket power.
Commercial results are staggering. Billboard reports BTS claimed the #1 spot on its monthly Top Tours chart for April, earning $76.2 million USD (approx. ₩1.148 trillion) from just 8 concerts in Korea, Japan, and Florida, selling 417,000 tickets total. The three Tampa shows set new records for highest revenue and attendance at any single venue that month. Average earnings per concert hit $12.1 million, a 64% jump from their last US run, showing their appeal is only growing stronger.

Their influence goes far beyond ticket sales. Local media and educators note a sharp rise in interest in Korean language, history, and culture across US campuses. At Stanford University, Professor Dafna Zur pointed out that while enrollment in other foreign languages has stalled or declined, courses related to Korea continue to see record-high interest directly driven by BTS’s global reach.
Fans were treated to a mix of new tracks from their latest album and timeless hits, with thousands singing along flawlessly in Korean, creating an electric atmosphere every night.

Now, the group heads home: June 12–13 they perform at Busan’s Asiad Main Stadium, with the second day falling exactly on their 13th debut anniversary an emotional moment for both members and their fanbase, ARMY. They launch the European leg in Madrid on June 26, and return to North America for a second round starting in August, including a stop in East Rutherford.
This tour isn’t just concerts; it’s another milestone in how BTS continues to connect cultures and set new standards for global music success.
