FOHAs, the wait is almost over your beloved multinational group AHOF is gearing up to deliver fresh music right in the middle of their world tour. The nine-member act has officially announced their third mini album, with the up-tempo pre-release single “Sugar High” dropping on June 12 at 6 p.m. KST.
Formed through SBS’s popular 2024-2025 survival show Universe League, AHOF consists of Steven from Australia, Jeongwoo, Woongki, Shuaibo from China, Han, JL from the Philippines, Juwon, Chihen from Taiwan, and Daisuke from Japan. Since debuting last July with their first mini album Who We Are, the group has built a strong reputation for dynamic performances and meaningful storytelling. Their second release, The Passage, arrived in November 2025 and quickly became a fan favorite, moving more than 470,000 copies in Korea and earning platinum status.
Having followed their journey closely and attended several Seoul shows, I can say the energy these guys bring onstage is infectious. The recent stops in Osaka and Tokyo have left audiences buzzing, especially after teasing snippets of “Sugar High” during live performances. The track promises a bold, masculine, high-energy vibe with catchy hooks designed for group chants and unforgettable choreography exactly the kind of sound that translates perfectly from arena stages to streaming playlists.
K-pop professor Dr. Min-ji Park, who specializes in global idol trends, notes that AHOF’s strategy of releasing a pre-single during tour dates is a clever move. “It keeps the connection with fans alive and builds genuine excitement,” she says. “Their multinational lineup brings fresh perspectives, and this new direction feels like a confident step forward.”
