Stray Kids member HAN teased about the possibility of a solo release, joking on social media that his self-written track “Raining Stars” was set to be streamed after fans requested an official version. The song was released through the group’s YouTube channel on 27 December 2025 as part of SKZ-RECORD, a continuing project that shares unreleased personal tracks from members.

“Raining Stars” quickly resonated with listeners for its dreamy production and emotionally reflective lyrics, with fans commending its intimate tone and poetic imagery. As demand grew for the track to be added to Spotify and other major platforms, Han responded with a characteristically lighthearted comment, joking that fans might need to “convince the company.”

In addition to the joke, it was understood as representative of the long-standing frustrations among fans that Stray Kids had little digital access to each solo work of the members while under JYP Entertainment’s ONE Label system. Memes and hashtags soon followed to demand further access to Han’s solo work.
That said, industry observers speculate that the popularity of unofficial releases such as “Raining Stars” might drive future distribution as distribution choices become influenced by audiences.
Though no formal announcement has been made, the report of the interest in “Raining Stars” is a testament to Han Jisung’s growing reputation as an artist in his own right, as well as a songwriter whose self-composed songs continue to have an impact beyond the medium of album releases.
